We are at school yard level of discussion here. Trumps physical and mental state is off limits because to quote the man himself "nobody likes me", "it's fake news" etc. However attacks on Bidens physical and mental state are fine because???

Republicans are pushing for a 1 trillion dollar stimulus while Democrats want to see a 3 trillion dollar stimulus.

The nuance that you're missing is that you are diving to a diagnosis, with zero evidence or personal qualifications, that Biden is senile.
However the other side are just pointing out Trump's own actions without making diagnosis.
