He crossed state lines with a firearm and is 17, are you in dispute of those facts?

Those facts sound bad, you have proof that he crossed a state line with a firearm and are going to provide it of course.

Not trying to conflate anything. There are clearly some protesters carrying out actions that aren't constitutionally protected.

Calling them "peaceful" protesters is conflating them end of. Embarrassing you have to resort to this

Here's some of them cheering after a police officer was knocked out by an object thrown by one of the "peaceful" protesters.

What about the trump supporters shooting paint balls at people?

Not just him, most of the DNC and mainstream liberal media also and the reason is obvious.

You do know what the use of inverted commas means do you? Or do you need someone to explain it to you?

Lovely bunch of lads celebrating the death of another human being just because of their beliefs. The fact that people are willing to defend this group of thugs is disgusting and shameful.

You're embarrassing yourself now by repeating Fox News talking points, try to have an original thought once in a while. By the way can you point where people are defending violent thugs?? The only ones I have seen trying to defend violence are the Trumpists defending the shooter in Kenosha with the classic "I'm not condoning it but.......".

You're comparing shooting paintballs at people to hitting a cop in the back of the head with a tyre hub?

One will get you charged with attempted murder of a police officer,

The other might get you charged with assault, depending on the circumstances

See if you can guess which is which :D

Like the lovely bunch of lads in here celebrating Rittenhouse's shooting skills and saying his victims deserved it. The hypocrisy of Trump supporters on show again.

The guy Rittenhouse shot in the arm says he regrets not shooting him dead.

Rittenhouse defence team will use that in court. Just shows Rittenhouse was right to shoot first.

BLM is a protest, the police would be acting against the constitution if they did

Who don't you quote the part that states he crossed a state line with a firearm, good chap.

Absolute state of the American press though, a guy with a criminal record as a long as yer arm that wailing on a kid with skateboard "was a sweet guy"...yeah domestic abusers are sweet people as are violent paedos

Apparently he was struggling for control of the gun too, must have been a different video to the one I watched, same one that had a "medic" get shot in the arm that he was using to point a gun at the person who shot him :D

This is why Trump is in with a shout now, people see the press blatantly lie to maintain a narrative.

Hahaha every fact has to come from fox news these days right! Not one of us can think for ourselves unlike the other side who are all free thinkers and not one bit brainwashed into a victim culture and identity politics

Plenty of BLM supporters out there saying the looting and rioting are reparations.

Nothing to say on Biden's campaign denouncing Richard Spencer and his support like Trump's never did? You're the one who brought it up, after all.

    Moving on...

How do you think Rittenhouse got from Illinois (where he lives and was arrested) to Wisconsin, two separate states?

If your response is that he may have purchased or been given the gun in Illinois, then he was still in illegal possession of said gun as you have to be 18 to do so in Wisconsin. This would also be something to look at moving forward - how he got this gun in Wisconsin and how to stop something like that from happening again.

He was also breaking the law by being in open carry possession of a firearms in Wisconsin below the age of 18 is illegal. The only exceptions to this are target practice or training courses, under the supervision of an adult - none of which appears applicable here, nor defences one would want to take given the circumstances.

The police, rather than questioning him in this and removing the gun from his possession, instead thanked him for his illegally armed presence there, and later let him walk right past them to go home after he had shot 3 people, killing 2.

It’s all violence, that’s my point.
    From both sides.

Apart from the fact it's inadmissable and not relevant.

Trump is golfing again today and rage tweeting on Twitter. You'd imagine he'd have some work to do. Remember when he used to complain about Obama golfing?

Crazy to think some people believe that a person can only be guilty of murder if the victim has never ever committed a crime before. If that's such the legal case, then it'd free up a lot of prison space

That's a poll funded by the Sunday Express so far from the most reputable.

Their tweeting the results of a poll how much credentials does one need to tweet the results of a poll?

Source of the poll and methods used in the polling are stated here:

538 has that company graded an F and suspects them of faking their data. I did a quick search and can't find any breakdown of the questions asked or the responses broken down by demographics, pretty basic stuff for a poll.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,343 ✭✭✭dwayneshintzy

Doing a search here, and the Democracy Institute have had Trump leading in every poll they've done against Biden. This isn't a "shock" new anything from them, they are literally the only people who have Trump ahead of Biden; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nationwide_opinion_polling_for_the_2020_United_States_presidential_election

Its up to the debate participants to prove each other wrong, not some team of helpers. It would look very weak on Biden's part to have helpers.

You were victim blaming earlier and thanking a post that praised a killer's shooting skills. You're in no position to take the moral high ground here.

Please look back at my posts in question. I stated in a big black font that nobody deserved to die. I was specifically exploring the idea that he was defending himself.

Again, I put it in big black letters in order to avoid accusations like the above. But sure, ignore it if it suits you.
