Deaths per million in the US aren't as bad as Spain, Sweden, Italy, Peru, UK etc...

But yeah it's all Trump's fault.

So you’re saying they’re one of the worst?

They can write whatever they want but Trump and his supporters (myself included) aren't going to believe that fake news article.

We'll have to wait for the polls from military voters to see if it's had any impact on their choice for president.

Well - He's already underwater with them.

It's hardly going to improve his ratings with them is it?

I found two post on it. Are you sure it wasn't a dream or something? Or maybe you imagined it? Or are you mixing up what's real with what you would like to be real?

EDIT: As if to prove my point to CQD earlier, I see that there's a thank on your post despite it being false.
He might be getting confused with a different thread, where I pointed out that it was indeed another example of needless lying on Trumps part, as he was talking to the owner of the property and not the owner of the business, which for some reason got some posters a little defensive on the matter.

The numbers are in on "The Trump Economy" and it does NOT look good.

The IRS just released the low level details for 2018 on the economy and the information in to really blows a hole in a lot of the "Greatest Economy in the world" rhetoric.

57% of American households make less that 50k a year and their take home pay decreased by $307 in 2018 when compared to 2016.

So , nearly two thirds of Americans are worse off under Trump then they were under Obama.

The wealthy though , they made out like Bandits!!

    Compare 2 categories of people

Those that earning between $50k and $100k and those that earn from $500k to $1M

On Average , those in the higher income group earn nine times as much as those in the lower group.

The lower group saw their taxes decrease by an average of $148 for the year , the higher income group saw their taxes decrease by $17,800 - Which is 125 times more than the lower group!

    Another little factoid

"The number of households making $1 million or more but paying no income taxes soared 41% under the new Trump tax law. Under Obama, there were just 394 such households. With Trump, this grew to 556 households making on average $3.5 million without contributing one cent to our government."

Champion of the little guy my arse.

40% of taxpayers earn less than $30k p.a. but Trump supports the little guy. One of the most unreal things about the US is that the poorest people overwhelmingly vote Republican election after election. The states with the lowest median household income are overwhelmingly red states. What motivates these people to continue to vote for Republicans who really don't care about them?

There were more than 2, come one now. The point is both sides are guilty of latching onto small things and making mountains out of mole hills, so to ascribe that to one side is wrong and hypocritical.

So you’re saying they’re one of the worst?

I'm saying they aren't the worst.

Why is that so hard to understand

Iv'e said it several times now.

    Thanks

What point are you trying to make. You're arguing with yourself as you brought the concept of them being not quite the worst into the thread. Nobody at any stage argued they had the worst response but that the US and Trump's response was and is very poor. You created the strawman that at least it isn't the worst possible response and have been arguing about your own strawman since. Weird.

Money isn't everything, it's important but materialism isn't the sole driver and often not the main one.

It's also like the Tories winning over Labour in Britain, not because they were fully on board but Labour were a bigger threat, on many issues.

Add in that they had a horrendous attitude problem with so many of their own base.

Yet so many in Labour are stunned and still don't understand, often using that most toxic and self defeating concept in the left- false Consciousness, to explain it.

If true it's disgusting. Let's wait and see because there is so much fake news that put's him in a negative light it's impossible to know. He's stupid enough to say it that's for sure. :pac:

Wow just seeing this now. Surely it's time the democrats pulled Joe out of the race before he goes completely off course and hands the election to Trump

So again, what exactly is it about Trump that you dislike? You claim to dislike both of them if I recall, yet seemingly all of your posts relate to attacking Biden and defending Trump, so I would be interested to know.

Where have i defended him? I'm bringing some balance to the conversation. I know that's uncomfortable for some people though. :(
