Wheres the confirmation beyond what the atlantic report ? And dont link somebodys personal twitter

So by not being able to link to someone's tweet means it can't be verified by people?

Independently confirmed by a Fox News reporter

    .

    And by AP

If it wasnt from a publication that fabricated ‘things he said’ in the past maybe but the atlantic are bottom tier biased for making up things

However by multiple outlets running with the story themselves means they've done their own due diligence on the sources, this includes fox news

No,but saying ‘fox news confirmed it’ when its just somebody working for fox news posting it on their personal twitter isnt proof.

The Atlantic never published a piece directly saying Trump used the n-word. These are direct accusations they've published now, which have been independently verified and run by other news agencies (AP, Washington Post). Trump has lied repeatedly when attempting to deny the stories.

The atlantic. Thats where its coming from

The same atlantic who pushed the ‘n word tape’ conspiracy that never became anything
    https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2018/08/sarah-sanders-omarosa-trump-tape-guarantee/567544/

This publication has a pretty big history of ‘trump said a thing, weve no proof but we’ll run with it’

And Fox news are backing it up....

Yes, but it's actually broadcast by fox news. They would be completely factual wouldn't they or are they to consigned to the 'fake news meeejah' pile?

Here's the Fox News report where the reporter confirmed the story via other officials. Also unnamed sources is not some new thing.

He switched the topic to China as quickly as he could. Does that really not concern you?

His behaviors when it comes to Russia display that of someone under sway. You don't need a news channel to tell you that. Use your own brain and formulate your own opinion.

would you rather he condemn Russia with no proof?

if so, TDS has gotten out of hand.

What other nation has used novichok to poison people? It's not even the first time where they've killed the opposition...

The problem for Trump is that by denying he called McCain a loser, when he clearly did on his own tweet and on video, it brings his entire denial into question. He also yesterday went on a big rant about John Kelly all but confirming that he thinks John Kelly is one of the sources.

Is it that difficult for him to stand with his allies in the EU and in NATO and condemn the poisoning? And not the first time Russia has carried out such and act like this.

This is just one out of many instances of Trump playing done deaf on the Russian agenda items. Not even raising the bounties on soldiers item was treasonous.

Face it, it's clear as daylight he is compromised in some way.

Germany confirmed the type of poison used, Germany being a NATO ally. Poisoning opposition politicians and dissenters is a hallmark of Russia under Putin. It's not that hard to be honest.

Fox news were always unreliable , i love how many people are holding them up as fact now , the reports shown are still from jennifer griffen, shes always been unashamedly anti trump and it wouldnt shock me for her to just take the atlantic story on its word and run with it.

If the original spurce wasnt the atlantic and the person saying it on fox wasnt griffen id give it credit but for now its 2/10 likely not true

He's also claimed that he rang Melania in Washington, from Paris, because he was so disappointed he couldn't go to the cemetery.

Melania was in Paris with him.

Yes of course. That's the problem with liars, and Trump is an exceptional liar, eventually you get tripped up in your own lies.

He lied about calling McCain a loser. He lied about ringing Melania at home when she was in Paris with him at the time. Why do you believe the rest of his denial?

And there it is, hitting a new low of trying to claim Fox News can't be trusted due to anti-Trump biases, while also completely ignored being given confirmation by the Associated Press.

    https://apnews.com/b823f2c285641a4a09a96a0b195636ed
A senior Defense Department official with firsthand knowledge of events and a senior U.S. Marine Corps officer who was told about Trump’s comments confirmed some of the remarks to The Associated Press, including the 2018 cemetery comments.

Will you "give it credit for now" in light of this or was that last sentence of your post just a lie?

Havnt been able to watch the video. Will do later. Does it explain why the Atlantic article contains blatant lies & heresay?

You believe #IMPOTUS when he claims "many people say" or "I've had phone calls"

Have to laugh at people on here who have for ages used Fox as a source to support their argument across multiple topics including their support for Trump now saying it's an unreliable source.

If the article they wrote is libelous, Trump should have no problem suing them up the ass, should he? Let's see if he does that.

    Erm, multiple sources are proof.

Do you think it’s acceptable that trump called people in the military losers?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,343 ✭✭✭dwayneshintzy

    Question for Trump supporters......say this WAS true, and you found some "acceptable" proof of the comments that proved them beyond all doubt;

Would Trump saying these things be enough to turn you against him?

Ah whataboutism, the foundation of any cogent counter-arguement

Multiple women have claimed Trump sexually assaulted them, do you believe those womens claims?

Not whataboutery as I'm not discussing Bidens rape situation specifically. I am pointing out that "multiple sources" are not enough for that poster when the story is about Biden.

No. Those claims are not credible.
