He doesn't even have to admit a mistake, he could just clearly denounce white supremacists.

    He often has.

“White supremacy should be denounced at every turn. I think the president misspoke, and he needs to correct it,” Scott told reporters.

    Tim Scott. Republican senator.

Trump should have denounced white supremists when challenged.

The fact he didn't speaks volumes about him

So sleeping with her boss, 32 years her senior, is a normal thing for an ambitious young woman?

    Desperate over-reach

    Cos he's a "proud man"

Never admitted a mistake before, can't see him starting now

Never admitting a mistake is a character trait that's one to be proud of?? Seriously?

    Still hasn't corrected himself

Perfectly fine for anyone of any gender to do

Some people have relationships with people older them. It's not a new phenomenon and she made no secret of the relationship. So I'm inclined to say it's more likely that it was a genuine relationship. Also the very fact she progressed so far beyond him in her career indicates that it's far more likely she progressed in her career as she did as a result of hard work.
Also, frankly it's coming across as a tad sexist the angle you're pursuing. You've brought it up more than once in the past. You've attempted to represent it as an "affair" when it wasn't. The reality is most people view her as a highly accomplished politician and who she was in a relationship with back in the nineties is irrelevant. You haven't established a pattern, you've shown a single public relationship.
Do you agree that she has shown herself as pretty ruthless throughout her career to get to where she is now? It's the case with most people who get there.
If you think a good looking young(28) woman who would have had many admirers ending up sleeping with her 60 boss is normal then I suggest you really don't know very much about the world.
Your sexist comment is ridiculous given the age gap and the position held by Brown.
A couple of months ago I found it shocking that people were coming on here with no information and posting links from agenda driven democrat supporters who were adamant that Tara Meade was lying despite not having any information about the alleged incident.
I never too sides on that as there are only two people who really know what, if anything, happened.
Did you come on here calling those guys sexist? I don't remember you saying it to any of them.

Look, it's just simply a thing here that has a look about it. When you are a public figure you can expect that to be looked at. It's not sexist to be suspicious of a good looking young woman sleeping with her boss who was over double her age at 60.

I assume you also criticise Melania?

24 years between her and Trumpy Wumpy.

Like Melania Trump, for example. Sought a wealthy American in order to get citizenship for her and her parents and further her modeling career. So, perfectly normal isn't it? Her husband is much older than her.

It's an ignorant, basic, misogynistic viewpoint to say that a woman should sleep with a certain person who fits with your ideas

Has she ran for office? I do not look at people who don't run for office unless I'd like them to run, like Michele Obama. And before you think I'm saying anything about Michele Obama I'm not, she is a great woman imo. I would have liked her to get involved in this race, she would have been a great vp pick if she was interested but even just being involved in the campaign would have brought a bit of calmness and respect to it.
But back to Melania, Trump is a disgusting human being. I'd be of the default position, without any information, that she followed the money because I don't think it's possible for anybody to love or want to spend their life with that man.

It's not when the basis for it is that it was not only a man 32 years her senior but also her boss.

Its actually basic human biology for a woman of child bearing age to be attracted to an older man in a position of power who can easily provide. A man who was a senior in her field of career.

There is nothing suspicious at all in this, and it actually speaks more about your views that you think this is a big issue.

But your default viewpoint is that a woman can only get to a position of power is by sleeping with her boss, not by virtue of her own abilities.

So you are saying here that she slept her way to two promotions?
Because that's exactly what this sounds like.

Macron is a strange one. Normally we see powerful and wealthy(usually men) people who have a younger spouse. I believe Emmanuel is with his lady a long long time. Must be true love.
Macron is doing his damnedest to turn France around from being a welfare state. I applaud him for this but don't share his particular taste in women.
As long as he is happy

Exactly the fact the only thing some people can find to criticise her is a consensual relationship she had 25+ years ago shows how little dirt they have on her.

How many women have you ever seen me say that about?
That's a disgusting accusation to make over comments about one woman.

Again it's not exactly the fact
I've never said that about any other woman before. My comments are based on the mathematics if the situation.

Is that not exactly what your doing here? They are the only people that know how their relationship was but your now happy to suggest she did it to get a promotion.

Feign outrage, there goes the bingo ding ding.

You made that conclusion, wrote it, and yet naively are outraged that your comments are seen as misogynistic. Well colour me shocked
