As Cody clearly does not support Trump why would it be his responsibility to argue another user's case for them? It's perfectly okay to ask someone claiming he is the "president of peace" to substantiate that remark.

As for why it's brought up: because he was impeached, because he was impeached for jeopardizing our diplomacy with Ukraine, because he was impeached but Senate Republicans and Trumps impeachment managers took the tact of 'leave it for the voters to decide in November' rather than allow witnesses at his impeachment trial, thus moving to acquit him. So, the voters will decide, and the fact that he is impeached is still a salient election issue.:
