With a budget of €1500 for a hard tail MTB could some give me some recommendations.

This scott scale probably best meets your criteria then although a bit overbudget, this years model is probably sold out anyway. Theres also a similarly priced specced canyon for that price.

You'll definitely find something as theres a load of good xc bikes just over 1000 although a lot of stuff comes specced with sx eagle hopefully 2021 models will have deore 12 speed instead.

Also dont go for anything that doesnt have they axles as it will be a nightmare to upgrade wheels

Commencals are more trail oriented than xc but that makes them far more versatile IMHO.
