Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Different speeds, same road - Dublin 16

I don't know where specifically to address this but here goes.

My folks live in Ballinteer, Dublin 16.
When I check on eir, the max speed they can get is 6mb which is very poor.
Using the same speed check on the eir website, neighbours for four houses to the left get the same max speed. The neighbours immediately to the right can get 80mb.

Is there anyway of addressing this to try and get my folks (and the neighbours to the left) up to a reasonable broadband speed?

    TIA

    Most likely no.
