Ideas for repairing sticker removal damage and marked varnish

Some years ago a sticker was hastily removed from our bed head causing some damage on the leather (I think). The only thing I can think of is try to match with a marker (hard). Any ideas? There was also some damage to the frame: Any ideas on how to match varnish to cover this damage?
