Will you be outside the stadium doing crowd control?

Can't understand why somebody would volunteer to work for the likes of UEFA for free so they have more money for the gravy train for their officials like Delaney.

    Got my position last week.

    Turnstile Operator.
    Happy with that :)

All we wait for now is the Governments to decide if they will allow some fans into the stadium for the games, otherwise the games are being taken out of Ireland !

So if Ireland doesn't allow fans they will pull the games to a country that does?

How early do they make that decision I wonder. With these variants one country could allow fans one month and pull back the next.
    Crappy for Ireland.

The games won't be in Dublin, right decision who wants to watch a tournament we're not even in with the risk of covid coming in. We have until the 19th to give assurances that a certain % of people will be let in. Not a hope

    I was just kidding.
You said "otherwise the games are being taken out of Ireland" and I was saying that in that case you would be lonely.

Someone on some other thread seemed to think that the Ireland games are going to Manchester, but that's the only place I've seen this.

    No offence was intended greenspurs.

I'd say the conversation went like this :

Uefa : What is the story lads. Can you let some fans in ?

FAI : No we can't, in fact we cannot even organize for our kids to train in the open air.

Uefa : Er, ok, we will call you back.

The kids are being released 1st May. Better have an early night on the Friday.

It has to be Manchester, Old Trafford, etihad is being resurfaced. Can't be London as they won't 2 games on the one day in the same city

Why does it matter. No hope of anyone going anyway so we will just be watching Lansdowne on the TV.

Absolute joke that UEFA didn't defer the pan European idea and have all games in one country

But for those of us that were picked to volunteer at it , its a bit of a disappointment ...

Have to keep the subjects locked down though ....
