https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPSwqp5fdIw the video clearly shows him resisting arrest multiple times, clearly acting erratically due to drugs and that his complaints about not being able to breath were even before he was on the ground. I'm no medical expert but this could possibly vindicate the police.
