Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Apps not working on Sky Q

    Hey,

I've also posted in the broadband section as I'm unsure on whether the issue is with broadband or Sky Q.

My in laws had the dreaded Eir F2000 router. Awful internet connection and wouldn't allow many devices.

I replaced this last week with an Archer VR600. The connection has been rock solid since then.

Today we've noticed that the apps on their Sky Q boxes aren't loading. I just want to rule out any issue with the router before contacting sky. Is there anything I should be looking for or any changes I can make?

From testing it it seems that Netflix isn't connecting to server 2 with the nw-2-5 error. Disney plus is also just stuck on a spinning wheel when opening. These had been working since the router was swapped out. Also I've refreshed the apps on the box, unplugged for a minute and rebooted along with reconnecting the network.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
