Why can't EAs disclose the sale agreed price? Even though it will be on the PPR

    They can - they just don't have to.

    I have gotten sale agreed prices from estate agents a good few times. Sometimes they don't want to say though.

    Probably because at that stage it is no one else’s business but the buyer and the seller. Wait for it to be listed on the PPR if you want to know.

    I have found that EA's will disclose the sale price if it goes above asking, in turn making them look more appealing to prospective clients.

    Yeah I think thats it...I thought it was some legal thing but just EAs acting the bollox as usual.

    Or nosey Parker’s wanting time know info they are not entitled to.
    Can’t always blame the EA for these types of people.
