Like I said Ears is a likeable chap. :D but looks more like CS has grassed himself up hoping to get pulled in to be safe, possibly.

Following a raid on McAreavey’s property, another breakthrough was made when gardai recovered his mobile phone. The device contained a number under the name ‘Q New’.

Investigators established this was the same number used to ring 999 four days before the botched hit. Gardai matched the number to telecommunications masts to the movements of Smyth on the day of the shooting.

They established it was Smyth’s phone after he had previously used the number when registering with a Government agency.

Who popped Mikey Keogh and why only him done?

Hutches more than capable of hitting more but was it a case of once bitten twice shy with regards to hitting a K target?

I'd totally understand if that was the case tbh.

Because buda was hit,Harry was in the nick and mago was in hiding

Buda was killed in 2018, Michael Keogh 2017

*EDIT* Can’t post links yet but also Harry was nicked 6-7 months after Keogh got slumped

What are you talking about the Gards found a mobile in Gary’s house and a number saved on the mobile called “Q new” was the same number that rang the warning a few days before, CS didn’t ring it warning the Gards about himsef, whoever owns the Q new number did

Yea Sounds like Gary Mc was the one who made the call. Phone found in his house with ‘Q new’ on it meaning he was the owner of the phone and had put Smyth’s name is a ‘Q new’ that’s how I’d read that.

Probably new he was a part of a conspiracy to murder and wanted out. Shows how thick they are, why didn’t he burn the phone once call made. Clown.

Read again, it seems they are saying that the Qnew number called 999 and the Qnew number belonged to Smyth.

“ Investigators suspect a close associate of the gun-for-hire made the calls after getting cold feet about the kill plot.”

“ Unaware the call had been made, Smyth still launched his bid to kill Gately ”

Do you really think CS rang in a warning about a murder he was about to commit himself?

That lawyer Herbert Kelchie involved with the Wilson’s sounds like a dodgy ****- he sounds like he was pals with them and involved

Imagine for a moment that he was under massive pressure to do the hit, but did not want to, hoping to get lifted before the hit, but did not so had to go forward, why would he be in solitary if he was helping Kinahans, seems like he either done the hit or he got hit by the Kinahans.

Or more likely a close friend or family member that was involved or knew about it got cold feet and called the Gards

    Think this is related

Am I right in thinking that Stokes just picked a random old persons house to rob and picked the wrong gaff? Has he anything to do with the Wall/Connors gang that specialises in that robbery?

The incident with the granny happened in ballyfermot. Family on the receiving end surname is “O’d*******l” - same surname as famous retired Irish rugby player.

Anyone any idea gang is in ballyfermot who would be retaliating? Big fuss about them so assuming they are big time and known to some people on here

Totally agree for once this justice will be better than any snowflake judge can dish out, you do not touch Elderly people , innocent family members, women and kids, or pay the price.
