…. so in that sense it doesn't really matter 'what evidence they have'. His defence team obviously accepted it was enough evidence that pleading not guilty would be a mistake. The evidence may or may not be mentioned at the sentencing hearing (which is yet to happen, that sentencing date in the linked article has passed)

July 16th before Judge Levett, not a lenient judge by far.

Take all posts objectively, each has cause and reason. I feel it highlights the publics general attitude and feelings toward gangland activities. Might not all be relevant, as a fair few suggest, but it's a good perspective and reflection on Irish thought. The "BS" will always be there, but that's part of public forums. Regards Bomber n co, facing lengthy time but no doubt they're under no illusions, tough to digest for them. They deserve justice.

Totally agreed. When the word "justice" is applied, it has two meanings. Justice, as in the law will face them, and justice as in the law should provide solice. Either way its perceived, most get it of how its worded in a sentence. But yes, I agree with you. Those families do deserve it, as do they that caused it.

I think it may be because The Wolf had absolutely nothing to do with that seizure.

In my opinion, something else is going on. Protections in place for reasons beyond drug dealers, regardless of evidence or court proceedings. Could be wrong, but it is an odd situation.

I'd say the irish government are unwilling to get into an extradition agreement with the UAE due to human rights issues over there. It would suit them if he got fcuked out though. That looks like the only angle that would work.

True. Something else going on too. Whether it be agencies involved or gambling bringing in billions from fixed racing and boxing, I don't know. But it's just not straightforward, and it's being kept quiet.

UAE is one of the few Arab nations that have good ties with Israel.
It's reasonable to assume this relationship will be protected to a large degree.

If they want to harbor fugitive drug lords (and presumably rinse them in some way) the USA aren't going bother the UAE with FBI or other agencies probing into their affairs - given the power of the Jewish lobby and money in the USA.

Not to mention some of the lads are probably sourcing gear from terror groups and it serves as a conduit of information. Rats.

Well at least one group we can be sure of the KOCG, given that bag of nerves was given a free pass through Germany with a dodgy passport, and his old man seems to never have a care in the world travelling, but this can only finish one way, infighting as usual, one Turk has gone against the Turkish president, that will not end well, and in Italy when they hit, they normally hit big, remember the mega trial, so maybe they could all get pulled in, if anything here sticks.
