5 years for Hutch would be better than nothing. Disgraceful from the DPP to rely on someone like Dowdall.

Footage of what happened on Regency showed shooter 1 was young. Shooter 2 also ran around at speed. She says Hutch man in 50s does not fit the movements of the shooters.

Reality of tape is Hutch is “viewed as the head of the Hutch family” by Dowdall. And therefore they should be considered in that context she says.
