    He jailed Zambra for three years for assault causing harm to Mr Heffernan and McCarron to two years for the same charge while Zambra received 12 months for stealing the van and McCarron nine months for allowing himself to be carried in it.

    Judge Matthews said the sentences are to run concurrently as the crimes were inter-linked and were elements of the same offence.

    He said that when Zambra and Heffernan became involved in the crime which culminated in the death of Mr Heffernan, neither man was aware that he was going to be killed by now-deceased Dublin criminal Anthony Dempsey.

    No other mention of Anthony Dempsey except for an armed robber from Celebridge. Anyone have any insight into him? An early criminal Git may have worked for

    Nowhere to be seen in Dublin. Twice he tried to clip DK. He was involved in the jamie moore shooting and the regency. I'd imagine he's top of the byrne/kinahan hit list

    Red Dave hes no big player. Moves between crews always talking about bringing this and that in and middle man for transport but never seems to do any work. Hes dodgey was caught in holland with weight before and charges seemed to vanish
