Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The Village Magazine article seems to keep giving us more information on the desire by some to get into the Direct Provision business. It is a guaranteed business model where the owners can pretty much print their own money if they have enough contacts in the Irish government to get them into "the club".

Matt Ó'Tuathail is the personal friend of Leo Varadkar who received the leaked confidential and commercially sensitive document from him when he was taoiseach. So we have a doctor, Matt Ó'Tuathail, who treats patients in Direct Provision for Safety Net Primary Care, and upon seeing the money to be made in these centers, asks a person associated with a Private Healthcare provider if they would consider opening up Direct Provision centers, adding a big auld money bag at the end of his suggestion: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/ElqqBi8WkAYBS9I?format=jpg&name=large

And there's me thinking for years that the bad smell in Dublin came from the Liffey .....
