    Hi, I'm wondering can any advise how best to take care of this miniature willow (I think that's what it is). It's about 3 years old and I've noticed a kind of black clumps develop all over it, my guess it's some sort of bug, nest etc. Maybe a moth or spider. The tree seems to live with it but it gets ugly towards summers end. I'm wonderis there a spray or treatment anyone could recommend. I'll try attach picture
