Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just wondering do i need planning permission to move a side entrance?
Entrance doesnt open to a main road but to a cul de sac.

Currently theres 3 steps down to the side entrance and i want to move it out as in the pic.
Red lines will be fence and black where the side entrance will move.
This area is within my bounder of my property deeds.

Here's a higher view. Path is at the end of a cul de sac

    Rear development in my eye.
Wall to the height of 2m would be exempted development and new pedestrian entrance should be fine.

You have to be careful though. The 2m height may be taking from the new path and if it’s down 3 steps it means you’ll have a very low wall.
