Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Finding UAN

Just moved house and tried to get broadband. Unfortunately there's already an active line. Landlord has no idea about it and hasn't been able to contact previous tenant. Is there a way to find out the UAN or am I just stuck now?

You don’t use their UAN either way.

    Move to different provider?
Assume someone must be paying the bill or line would be dead?

There's no modem so can't use their connection. No idea which provider they were with but I was told I need the UAN by Vodafone.

Eir used accept a copy of the lease / rental agreement showing the start and the new tenants name and they'd cancel down the line of the old tenant. Vodafone used to allow this too but it was an extra couple of days as they needed to wait for Eirs response. What ISP are you looking to go with?
