Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Cancelled my Sky account last month. I had about 30 buy and keep movies. They were on the app and my sky Q box. The box went back last week and I have now discovered that all the movies are gone from the app. The only way to get them back is to load them onto your sky box! What a scam.

    DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE SKY STORE!

    P.S Once sky loses the rights to a movie or TV show it gets removed from your Sky Store App.

    I saw the same thing on the Disney+ site recently, you have the downloaded movie, Mulan 30e to view and download, as long as you maintain your sub.

    How are they allowed to do that?

    My understanding is that if you cancel Sky TV, you should still be able to access your purchases via the app (but not on your Sky digibox). Sky does not require you to have a Sky TV subscription to access Sky Store.
