Delay in Transfer decisions

    Hi
    Has anyone else here applied for a transfer to UCD or something similar and is still waiting a decision ?
    I was intially told by admissions the end of july and then on the 1st of august they said within the next 10 days and now they are just not getting back to me when I ask them when a decision will be given back.
    does anyone know what the heck is going on with them? And how decisions are this delayed?
