I first got my permit in 2014 and it expired in 2016. I recently got a new one and it's valid from 2020 to 2022.
Now when it comes to driving I've little or no experience.
If I am asked have I a NCB it's a no and zero years.
But some place ask how many years have you your licensee/permit?
So, is it six or less than one year?

Same as you, I have mine 5 years but with very little driving experience bar 12 EDT and a few other driving lessons. When asked that question I've been saying 5 years as that is when I got it first (i could be wrong tho) it's totally gone against me in terms of a quote, which I understand, its my own fault for leaving it so long to pull the finger out. Lowest quote I got for 3rd party fire and theft was €2,400. (123.ie offered €1,400 but that's with the tracker box which I dont want)
