    Thanks for reaching out to us here today on Boards.ie.

    If you have submitted a Chargeback request, you can certainly request an update on this by logging in on 365online.com and selecting "service desk" > "ask a question". One of our colleagues will be happy to provide you with an update on this. 

    Just to mention, under Visa/Mastercard rules, a merchant would have 45 days to respond to a chargeback query.
