Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
So re-doing a light fixture in an old house. It was a simple on/off light switch on the wall, with the wiring to the ceiling light looking like this:

So got a new lighting fixture to day, which has its own pull string switch. I want to be able to have the wall switch still be a 'master' followed by the new pull string switch.

The new lighting fixture has a plate with connector block for L N E, and the light has 2 N, one L and an E.

I have zero idea how to join the existing wires to the new wires, since there re 2 of some etc. Any help?
