    Well we know the plane is going to land, its hardly going to stay up there.

    At this stage people normally give live updates of conditions in their area, this is then compared with the forecast, these are the "hundreds of posts" I guess you are referring to? That's what the weather forum is for strangely enough.

    Unbelievable. It’s so bad here now. The house is holding up but I’d reckon there will be local damage based on the severity of the gusts. I can only guess what’s its going to be like in an hour. Better grab another bottle. Hill over Ardmore
