Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Have looked high & low on the net and also tried to call them without getting through.

    Just wondering has anyone been able to do this & how?

    The easiest method is to have an online account, then click on help, then in search box type in CANCEL and follow the prompts. During the day you may have chat but be prepared to spend some time, its a robot first then when a name appears its human.

    Or call them but again be prepared to wait use free phone 1800 92 74 76. Be prepared for a struggle so have time available.
