If you were doing a sketch show you would have enough material for weeks, every day something else comes out.

I’m surprised that such an important man has to drive himself.

When you be up to the capers Hogan is at the less people know where you are going the better.

Have you obeyed every restriction since March? If not, will you resign from your job?

Apartently he was stopped by the Guards while on his phone while driving. Did Phil Hogan actually obey any rule while he was home??

This is the story that keeps on giving. Awaiting further revalations.

We would never have known about it only for golfgate. The Garda obviously knew who he was and let him off because of it.

Was a big deal that Cowen drove on a learners permit but now its not a big deal to drive while using a phone?

Driving on a learners permit was never the issue. Drinking and driving on it was a problem though.

Cowen was also over the drink driving limit and tried to evade the checkpoint.

Hogan is P. Flynn incarnate. It must be something in the water in Europe that inflates their ego. Although it only seems to affect the males, Maire GEoghan Quinn didn't suffer from it.

It was said he didn’t stay long after the meal and was picked up ! So how was he driving and now someone picked him up , unless it was a taxi !

I'm going to wait at the airport until he's leaving for Brussels and make a citizen's arrest. I'll film it and post it here.

He left early on Saturday morning. Sheister.

Unfortunately he is not going anywhere. He's too important to us at the brexit table to lose.

We need to focus on the people here in the state that are in office in Ireland.

    Feckers the lot of them.

But I will continue my normal life of observance of rules and restrictions.

What the hell so "important" about him.

He has absolutely no outstanding features or merit to his past credit for people to assume such value.

Hogan will stay in the EU. He will brazen it out. like he did in Doha with his paramour.

Can anyone state when an EU Commissioner was sacked before now?

2012, John Dalli of Malta was sacked as EU commissioner for health. Obviously very rare but has happened.

He's lost all credibility and FF have a poor unemployed TD wandering about Offaly with a big long face on him, we'll just swap donkeys

OK so next question is where did he go after the meal?

Did he stay overnight? Drive back to Kildare thatt night or next day?

Just be mindful of the woman involved.

He’ll be about as useful as a fart in a hurricane to us in Brexit negotiations. Zero affiliation to Ireland, couldn’t give a flying pig about us. Nigel Farage would do us better service than Phil

Meanwhile, it has also emerged Taoiseach Micheál Martin sponsored a prize for the Oireachtas Society Golf Tournament.

There's a Netflix series in the antics of Big Phil I would say.

I'd reckon he's a wild aul fella all together.

Bit of a misnomer. That was the headline I read but it turned out the party sponsored a bunch of €80 pieces of crystal.

Is it true he won a George Foreman grill?

We need a strong Irish voice, especially one that can shout into his mobile phone while driving.

I’ve heard some people ask the question “did MM or LV actually know the competition was going ahead?”

If the above is correct, then they did know. Another headache for MM - should’ve told his party and cabinet members not to attend.

I think the supreme court judge should not be socialising with members of Oirechtas.

Hogan broke a rule like everyone here.
