Help identify this saddle please

Recently bought a second hand bike, not familiar with Fizik saddles, this one has an R7 under the nose. Not sure if its Antares or Arione. Bike has had exceptionaly little use and this saddle is not for me, in super condition. wondering if I'd be abe to sell it.

Looks like an antares the arione is longer and slimmer, you'd probably get €50 for it

Its 280mm from front to back. Not carbon rails I don't believe.

My antares measure 275 X 140

I didn't do the trademans rule, measure twice and cut once. 275 it is on closer inspection. Thanks folks
