You said you can see why Mary voted for me, care to clarify that?

Oisin - felt pockety a little yesterday so will delve a little deeper
Frank - No real reason here but giving me the creeps a little
Gabriel - Guns blazing this morning which is good but seems a little forced to me

Be looking at these in a bit more detail when I get back on the laptop

Mary, what changed from last night here, when you said we should take Henry's word for it that yourself, myself and Clodagh were all village, to this morning putting a vote on me?

Have you decided against trusting Henry?

i got excited by abigail's reasoning this morning, stuck a vote in for you. it all made sense.

forgot that you were cleared (well are we really cleared? waiting for henry to clarify that).

Very quiet. Won’t be helped by the lack of a munch this morning I reckon. Unless we get talking today the first lynch could be a bigger ****show than usual

Nope I think I’ve already lost my shirt.

Trousers shoes and boxers still to go though!!

C’mon sixes, daddy needs a new job!!

More fluff. Friendly fluff though. Offends no one.

Not much tbh. Generally I find the early tree rustlers tend to end up as village even though we waste a day or two accusing them. We’ve most players posted at this stage with the exception of Wendy, Steve and Regan but most players haven’t given much to go on at this point.

Reasonable neutral comment. Nothing really here, except its appealing to the everyman. Interesting comment about tree shakers, but no tree shaking is being done by Nigel
    Nigel WW wrote: »
I’m also wondering something about the quiet night0 and the no munch this morning, but not sure if it’s not a bit meta

    Mechanics discussion, nothing here.

No, no I’ll stick with neat

    More neutral stuff.

Ah ok my bad for a typo. I meant munch, typed lynch

He typed lynch but meant munch. Finally a little interaction with another player, but its all a misunderstanding.

Sorry folks RL has killed me today so just back now. My vote is going to be mainly gut at this stage I think.

Hey Frank, what’s with the genie vote for me in there?

I got wolf vibes from you. Now I have time so I'm doing an ISO to see what substance there is.
    Nigel WW wrote: »
And Henry, what’s with the self vote?

Henry is a mystery to us all. Except Henry of course.
    Nigel WW wrote: »
Wait are you saying she’s bad for posting a good list?
    Nigel WW wrote: »
    Really?
    Clarification from Mary.

So there we have it. If Nigel was a colour he'd be grey. No tree shaking, no pointed questions, little enough interactions with anyone around him. One to watch I think. Feels like someone playing it safe, but maybe not.

    Hey there Gabriel.
    Gabriel WW wrote: »
This post was made early in the game today,

Whats the logic begind this post Oisin?

If your against a no lynch, why suggest it indirectly.

I was saying that in the rules it says you can vote no lynch and therefore it is always an option.

I said in a post afterwards that I am dead against no lynch votes.
    Gabriel WW wrote: »
Or Oisin knows theirs no tasks as hes a wolf.

    A wold slip here perhaps?

I explained this already and you conveniently omitted the same information as Vernon did yesterday. I said that Rikand said there would be no tasks (this was a mistake I later corrected to said actions) on N0. Nevermentioned the game after that.
    Gabriel WW wrote: »
Page 2 down, my only wilf lean thus far is Oisin, suggesting no lynch in directly.

He puts it out there but wont go as far as to endorse it.

Then why mention it at all Oisin?

I did not suggest no lynch. I was referring to the rules.. But you don't seem to want to worry about context.......
    Gabriel WW wrote: »
So you dont like steve for jumping on the poetry stuff.

What wrong with him jumping on the poetry stuff ? Why is that wolfy?

Again I explained this yeterday but you don't seem to care about that. I said that he came straight out a pointed at the 3 poets calling them a team. No reasoning just he saw something odd and went after them. I said numerous times I didnt get the poetry and still dont.
    Gabriel WW wrote: »
Im between Oisin and Steve right now. Only upta page 5.

Oisins got me thinking villager at times, accusing folk, not sitting on the fence, etc.

Then again some if his play can be subtle wolfy. Indirectly suggesting No lynch, IMO. Jumping on Steve for jumping on others.

Steve himself is looking suss, appearing when mentioned despite saying he wasnt going to be around.

Both could be wolves, though Id bet that one is and one isnt.

    Gonna switch to Steve.

Long story short Gabby. Read all my posts before you start coming out with this rehashed, incomplete stuff. It is all there for you but as I said you dont seemed bothered with the context in which those quotes were made. Nice work

Henry, not being funny pal, I like your shtick sometimes but you can happily tell us your powers now! I presume it goes on last vote cast. Maybe Rikand can clarify. If it was then Nigel was going

This is a fair point Henry. Esp with the wolves appearing to have 2 kills.

3 reasons I can think of

    1. He is a wolf (I dont think this is likely yet).

    2. Hes a low powered villager who is trying to draw a munch..... and the wolves dont buy it.

    3. The wolves believe by leaving him alive, it will cast doubt on his semi claims

The following were there :: Danny, Rusty, Reuben, Frank, Linus, Livingston, Yen, Basher, Saul and the two Malloys. Robbing Terry Benedict was not going to be easy. They'd have to negotiate his casino manager as well his assorted other hired help. And there may be some surprises along the way. Danny had his friend Bruiser that may help. Denny Shields was a big money player who knew everything and Tess..... what part would she have to play in this before the end....

    11 good + bruiser
    terry benedict + manager
    denny shields...no idea here
    tess

thats 16, 18 players in total. so prob 2 more unknowns on terry's team

    Gabriel WW wrote: »
Tess was as much a villager as she was a wolf. Its not good news, we lost a potential goodie too. Its middle of the road news if anything.

Why is Marys list accurate? Do tell?

Have you any reads yourself, or you just gonna follow Mary?

Above is the quote I was talking about.

I am not following Mary but as it turns out i think she could be fairly spot on with her thinking as we now know that Terry has numerous goons.

Tess could have become a powerful villager yeah but at the time of her death she was nothing. And now she definitely cannot become a wolf. She was not definitely going to become a powerful villager. I personally like that outcome.

As far as reads go I need to spend more time going over last nights stuff. Wouldve much rather have been online at the time. Dont like trying to catch up with that amount of action in such a short space of time.

I have a few free hours this afternoon though so will put up a list of my reads so far.

One thing I do know is that Henry is as mad as a bag of spiders!

You voted for me in a knee jerk reaction to me hounding you.

    Gotten to.

What are you alluding to thats "on thread". ? Your nonsence about Frank being cleaner than Nigel (with no justification whatsoever).

Firsty Nigel has not accused anyone all game. He has big pieces of wood sticking in his bum from sitting on the fence.

Secondly 5 people had 2 or 3 votes. 4 of them are good (if Im understanding things right from last night, to be honest Im a little confused), leaving Nigel.

Henry is looking for a lynch.

My own experience tells me that can mean 1 things perhaps.

Some good roles seek a lynch to gain a prize for the village or a power. He could be sacrificing himself for our own good.

But that doesnt add up to the rest of his play.

  • Forum Games Player Posts: 2,893 ✭✭✭Clodagh WW

The only info we do have is that Steve and Clodagh both voted late and those votes saved Nigel. One of those votes was enough to save him. However it’s very unlikely both are wolves. They’d be in a back room deciding who to throw under the bus.

I don’t have time now but I’ll check back later over Steve’s claim that he was fixing the formatting of his vote. I did comment at the time that I thought it strange you were holding out on voting but simultaneously you voted.

Clodagh wasn’t under the noose at the time but did have two votes so would understandably be nervous about getting lynched and could vote to self-pres. Again I’ll Need to look back at the sequencing.

Then there’s Nigel, no comment from him yet. So I suppose we’ll have to wait to see what he says. In the absence of any further information it kinda has to be him to go. All the rows about he said she said are conjecture. The only solid facts we have are around the voting.

Gabby extra fun FFA (actually its just normal).... in no particular order:

    1. Clodagh - Suggests that Nigel and Frank could be evil based off the voting pattern. Suggest Nigel is cleaner than Frank..... gives no justifcation. Shges challenged and has no real reason why to vote Frank over Nigel. Is she trying to lynch Frank knowing he's good and Nigelk is bad..... Im guessing yes.

    2. Nigel - Sat on the fence for the day 0-1, if those who voted for in 2 or 3's, then Nigel appears bad. His play doenst suggest he is village at this point.

    3. Orla -
"Originally Posted by Orla WW View Post

I'm saying if you vote for your wolf buddy Frank because of reasoning that makes no sense knowing nobody else will do the same and everyone else voted for Henry and he flipped good then that would look good on you and something you could then use against the people who did vote for him"

Anyone care to jump on the Clodagh train? Choo choo

Thats my reasoning for throwing Orla on here. Votes Clo, for no reason (she says she explained previously but she didnt )Then suggest Frank is wolfy despite never alluding to it.

Admittedly the all probably arent wolves (Orlas vote for Clo, would be less wolfy if Clo is a wolf..... unless its a early day attempt to look good lkater in the game)
