    From what I can gather, power stealing is effectively power cloning.
    The stealer gets to use the power, but so does the original. (Think cartman from southpark)

    wendy is claiming to not shoot mary because people think she is a villager and they would be protected, so best to find somebody who was not protected. she then wouldn't name who she shot for hours.

    If my gun was stolen I also think I'd have been told that.

    My target, Kartie, was processed.

    If my bullet was stolen maybe the gun could still shoot?

    It feels like Katie has a blocking power.

    Phil's block should have blocked that though.

    There was another block in play however so we can keep that in mind.
