Eh no its not. County with the largest population and restrictions are based on cases per 100k. You'd need larger case numbers than that for Dublin to get anything.

Has been said before Dublin was always expected to have the bulk of cases.

Here is a bit of trivia, the maximum break in snooker is actually 155. If you broke it in to northside/southside how would those figures look? Would be some fun to have one part locked down and the other not, the DART and buses would have to stop midway at the Liffey.
