i have separated from my husband during the lockdown. I usually qualify automatically for this payment most years. I didn't receive any letter to confirm this so I applied on line. My ex informed me yesterday that he received the payment in July and spent it on other things. I am furious about this....I am on my own with the 2 kids and he is not supporting me. Can I report him to social welfare ?? Can they reinstate the payment to me and take it out of his dole money?
