Attempting to close account.

    Hello.

    I am attempting to close the account as stated in a previous thread here. I have thus followed the instructions that I received and emptied the account before submitting the form. The balance was therefore zero.

    I have now received a text saying that the account is overdrawn and cannot be closed yet the account is still saying zero, could someone help please? :)
