I lost my job due to COVID and have been on the PUP since March. In July my boss informed me that he would not be re-opening the business, so I was made redundant. I have since been offered a PhD place, but with no funding. Can I apply for the BTEA, or is it only for degrees and masters?

as far as i know phds are not covered under the btea scheme
