A government is allowed and does increase tax rates for everybody else as it sees fit christy. Why would they not do it on a corporation if they see fit?

They can do anything if they see fit, but it should be part of a coherent strategy. And SF's stupidity around the Apple tax is the best example of why their strategy is anything but coherent.

Sinn Fein side with the EU on the Apple Tax. Are the EU stupid?

The European Court of justice ruled against the EU Commission.

Did the EU want SF to spend the money held in escrow?

Mary Lou's interview with Dobbo on the News at One is going down like a lead balloon. Absolutely shambolic interview by a senior politician. One of the worst I've heard to be honest.

    Hmm.
Who the hell is Roman Shortall Paul Clifford? Some angry no-mark on Twitter who spends all day giving out about stuff? I’ve never heard of him. His opinions on stuff are about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

So the rumors go. We'll see if there is any more to it once Brady's mates are arrested.

Imagine doubt they would have abandoned the Health Service for 20 years, and as a result its on its knees and not able to cope when we need it most

Yes, just look at the people coming South to access Cavan Hospital because their services are so much better under Sinn Fein in the North.........oh.

How does one abandon the HSE? Give them loads of money and watch them waste it?

Sinn Fein and knees don't mix well.

One closes down numerous hospitals all over the country, cut money available to mental health services etc...

Per capita spending on health in this country is one of the highest in the world

That doesn't mean jack, no offence. it's how efficiency that money is being spent is what counts.

    I

They'll probably find some excuse not to like before. No money to fund what they claim they intend doing but more significantly no money to fund an UI.

Exactly my point. Throwing good money after bad won't solve anything. The HSE whining about not having cash is nonsense. They are just experts at wasting it.
