Good restaurant with good wifi

Taking Mrs G! out for her b’day in a couple of weeks. It’s a significant one so, as a surprise, I want her friends and family around the world to Zoom in. Do most restaurants have good WiFi available to their customers nowadays? If not, can someone recommend one that does please?
