On the other hand the pen is meant to be an advantage for the team taking it.

Dropping too deep into our own box when defending though with very little pressure on the ball. Tighten that up a bit, nick it and hit them on the break.

He's actually played alright in a back 3 on a number of occasions now. Suits him, wouldn't fancy him in a 2 but good option in a 3 and Telles is a good attacking player from wing back or left back
