What are you on about ? China is decades behind in semi conductors, aerospace pharmacology and military! They cannot make better than 14nm chips and that’s 20 years ago version. They have not managed to create a commercial aeroplane yet and are decades behind in material science. Their vaccine is unknown and using the old non rdna tech and military is big but primitive. Only have one aircraft carrier that is an old Russian design from the 70s
