Text to confirm payment not arriving

    Hi there,
    Twice now I've tried to use my BOI MasterCard Credit Card to buy something online and I get to the screen to enter in the text from BOI but the SMS never arrives & then I have to cancel & use a different (non BOI) card.
    Can someone please contact me to sort this out?
    You have my phone number correct on the screen.

    From your post it appears that your mobile number may need to be updated for receiving verified by Visa or 3D secure texts. To ensure that you this is amended as soon as possible for you we would recommend that you contact our dedicated verified by visa team on 0818 200 370 and one of our colleagues here will be more than happy to help with this.
