That's been great to see. Papali'i showed its qualities. So promising

That's a red every time lads.

Am I missing something? Really poor tackle but from the angles they showed I thought it was more his upper arm that caught him.

That’s criminal from Conor Fitzgerald unfortunately

    That’s a hostile crowd!

Am I blind or was there no head contact has said? He hit him in the shoulder and ride up slightly? It was the force of the hit that caused Murray to sort of whiplash

    Thought it was pretty harsh

If that is his qualities connacht will be playing a fair few games with 14 men

Will there be a Munster based referee for tha semi ?

It’s one thing having Toland spout rubbish it’s another having him interrupt the commentator so he can finish off whatever rubbish he was saying.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,641 ✭✭✭Dog Botherer

i would have shown a yellow but i can see the argument for red. think the slo-mo shots sealed it really, the impact was insane.

Yes his teammates will be bursting to play 55 mins a man down!

This game is desperate. Real feel of nothing to play for. Seems like there’s a penalty every 3 minutes

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

Munster backs are passing too early and too far away from the line, letting Connacht just drift.

    Why Cloete?
    Why?

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,239 ✭✭✭ClanofLams

Definite yellow for Cloete that. Ball well gone

    That's a yellow swinging arm

    Why?

He's a decent player but his discipline is awful. Always the first one into fights. Always worry when I see his name on the teamsheet.

    Exactly what I saw.
But as TMO was called, he felt obliged...

Ref not even trying to hide his bias. That was high swinging arm, at least a yellow.

What on earth are Connacht doing? 2 red cards now for them. Insane play.

The first red was borderline for me. But no doubts about the second.

    Red to head

Well this game has been a big waste of time anyway.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

    That’s poor from Delahunt.
Frank trying to talk that one down

    Avoid leinster in semi?

Nope. They have to play Leinster.

Why didn’t they look at the late tackle on blade

    Are you for real?
There can be no debate about any of his decisions

    They’ve been spot on

They did and awarded a penalty for it.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,366 ✭✭✭yerrahbah

JJ nearly butchered that. Connacht will be down to 12 at some stage in this game.

It was only shown once on the replay..very briefly

Clotes swinging arm should have been a yellow.

Yes it's the ref's fault that connacht are losing

Ref asked TMO to check. Pen was given

    Cop yourself on.

Clotes swinging arm should have been a yellow.

TMo should have pulled it back yes

But it doesn’t take away from the 2 clear reds

To say it’s Murphy being Bias is senseless, May as well blame 5G while yer at it

So that's what De Allende was upto last week so

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,239 ✭✭✭ClanofLams

Cheap shot by Cloete was definite yellow. Other than that it’s hard to argue, the papali’i red seems bit harsh but think it was probably correct based on laws and rather the odd red that seems harsh than widespread high contact.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,014 ✭✭✭shaungil

Both reds fair but inconsistent applying if rolling away fir me. Just prior to red clear red Mayer not rolling which Arnold was penalised for earlier. Late hit on sh not even looked at.
Anyway game over as a contest which is a pity.

Aki has been excellent since coming on. Best centre on the pitch.
