    I applied for a credit card on the 7th August and it's still on the 1st stage when I check to view progress.

    We’re sorry to hear you have not heard back about your credit card application. As each application would be assessed on a case by case basis, timeframes may vary. Generally, an update will be sent to your email after 48 hours. This may be in your junk or spam folder.
