Has Biden been asked by the media to disavow the KKK as would seem he was mighty close with Robert Byrd (fellow democrat and KKK recruiter) and I'm sure if Donald Trump had eulogized Byrd the media would be harping on it for sure.

Plus Biden has a history making what appear to be racist statements such as when he said he didn't want his kids to grow up in a "racial jungle" with regards to desegregation and so seems weird the media wouldn't raise the issue. Maybe at the next debate. Wallace perhaps forgot the last time.

Is this all the right wing has left? Smears that didn't work in 2008, or 2012, or during any other election since back then that involved Joe Biden?

Well, sure seems like there's more reasons to be asking Biden to denounce white supremacists than there is Trump.

Biden is after all the one that goes around telling black people they ain't black unless they do what he wants them to do.

    Sure seems racist to me.

Trump seemed be (or tried to be) pretty close to his father, who appears very likely to have been a supporter, if not a member, of the KKK.

Biden was asked that question just 2 days ago. It is amazing how easy it is to answer when you're not afraid of hurting the feelings of racists that are the core of your support.

I was wondering why this was doing the rounds today.

Why did you leave out the part where Byrd was a former member who denounced the KKK. It seems very relevant.

Because telling the whole story would be fake news?

Propagandists, even cheap ones, tend to do that.

Because Pete can only ever argue in bad faith.

Exactly. People who ignore that Trump has denounced white supremecists repeatedly are the worst offenders.

Trump moved to hospital. Mustn't be well.

One of the tabloids said Boris (5'9) was 17st when admitted to hospital,
The TVNews yesterday said DT (6'3) was also 17st.

Wonder that's accurate, BMI is a big factor in the China Flu.
Don't forget approx 25-27% of you lot are likely way hugely also.

If he denounced them properly, the white supremacists wouldn't be left feeling that he was on their side. Surely, they of all people would be able to figure out if a condemnation was serious enough.

They're not the smartest though are they. They think they're superior after all.

    I doubt he is 6 3" now, maybe once more like 6 1" I doubt 17st a fair bit more, 19st?

lol. Irony off the charts!!! :p

You both knew Trump had disavowed and denounced white supremacy multiple times but yet somehow that didn't matter one jot to either of you. How come that wasn't "relevant" !?

    https://twitter.com/abigailmarone/status/1311707571737309184

But you're both very quick now to defend a member of the KKK and point out how it's wrong to ignore that he has disavowed racists, even though he most likely recruited racists who murdered black people!!

But, Byrd was a democrat ... and so, tis much different I suppose

3 days post debate, and Trumpistas are trying to frame Biden as a racist, wow, it went badly for Donny.

What subversion of reality will be next?

Donald Trump made a point in saying that there were good people on the sides of White Supremacy.
Donald Trump made a point of not denouncing White Supremacists at the debate on Tuesday night.

On both occasions he was speaking of his own accord and it was not part of a speech or in a prepared press conference type scenario.

I don't give a flying fcuk what soundbite he came out with so that his fans could finally find it and say after 3 days he has denied White Supremacy.

And yet, they aren't flocking to Biden. When Richard Spencer endorsed Biden, he was told in no uncertain terms to fcuk off. When Trump is caught on the hop about nazi/klan rallies, he says stuff like "fine people on both sides". It should not be that difficult for someone to simply condemn them in clear terms. I get that he doesn't want to alienate a significant part of his base but having a forced readout of a rehearsed or read condemnation is meanigless when it's contradicted by the race-baiting at his rallies.

That's the key part. It's all well and good appearing in a hostage video but when it;s all contradicted by everything else, the condemnation is meaningless.

They're always going to support the conservative candidate. That's not Trumps fault.

    Yes

Donald Trump made a point in saying that there were good people on the sides of White Supremacy.

No, he said there were good people on both sides of a protests to take down a statue. He did not say the "side of White Supremacy" just as he didn't say the "side of scum Antifa". He did what a good leader should do and condemned the scum on both sides and praised those who were peaceful.
Donald Trump made a point of not denouncing White Supremacists at the debate on Tuesday night.

Eh, no he didn't - he said 'Sure' twice when asked was he willing to condemn white supremacy (and why wouldn't he, he has done many times - and Wallace knew that as he has asked him to do it before) and he also asked for a name of a group.

That Wallace named the fcuking Proud Boys just shows you how big a problem white supremacy must be in America.
I don't give a flying fcuk what soundbite he came out with so that his fans could finally find it and say after 3 days he has denied White Supremacy.

Fact remains: Trump denounced and disavowed white supremacists multiple times over the years and you leftists ignored it so they could play Orange Man Bad as usual and hope it would damage him for Nov 3rd. About as disgusting as it gets.

Meanwhile, a guy who recruiting KKK members at a time when the KKK were killing black people and burning them out of their homes is spoken of as a racist and his past cited, and what do the leftists all do?? They jump on here to defend him and say he has denounced the KKK and moan that it was relevant despite their own actions over the last few days.

About as hypocritical as it gets.

    Yes

What do you honestly think he meant by "Stand back and stand by"?
