Biden is the bookies favourite, but 80% of money is going on a Trump win!

Fools and their money are easily parted.

Many over 65's, who vote in large numbers and voted for Trump in the last Presidential election are very unhappy over the way Trump has handled the Covid crisis. While Biden looks tired and unconvincing, if the Democrats get out their vote, Biden will win.

They might not be very happy with the covid crisis but they are far more concerned about a Marxist takeover with the Democrats actively undermining law and order and supporting terror groups like BLM and Antifa rioting and burning cities on a regular basis. American OAP are also very patriotic and want Trump in power to continue the job of containing China he is doing. China, Communism and Marxism are the greatest threat facing the world now, but anyone who thinks this is just a giant racist. Trump will win and there will be another 4 years of crybaby whingebags on the hardline left.

I detect a lull in enthusiasm for Biden. Looking back on the last debate one thing I take from it regardless of who 'won', is that he does't look like he really wants it.

I don't think Americans really want him as president because he's just so nondescript. Therefore I'm calling it for Trump for the last time before the election.

I'm beginning to think for the first time Joe might lose and if he does the Democrats have nobody to blame but themselves yet again. He's brought zero energy to his campaign and that may cost him in a big way.

Marxism is an over-used and vaguely understood term. It has many definitions and branches. Is it realistic to assume that Communism, as articulated by Marx and Engels is about to instigate a 'Marxist takeover' in the US? The McCarthy era revisited? Trump is coarse and uncouth, Binden old and doddery. The question for me is how does the US, still the greatest economic power in the world, throw up two such poor Presidential candidates?

2016 Hillary fav, 68% of money on Trump
Brexit, remain fav, 75% of money on Brexit
2020, Biden fav, 80% of money on Trump

    Follow the money
    Trump win incoming
If your so confident get betting!
Free money for you well done.

2016 was within the margin of error....he lost the popular vote by millions...

Trump used up his stock of dirty tricks and constant stream of lies over the years, the novelty has well and truly worn off.

Trouble for Biden, paddypower paying to cancel your bet

They are trying to limit their exposure either way due to the volatility of the situation. Whatever about Hillary and her dislikeableness, Biden is actually dangerous and has the rent-a-mob terrorists on his side, I can see Trump surging to win the electoral college and getting re-elected.

Paddy Power were offering 60 return on 10 bet on Trump being re-elected? Bullsh1t.

I don't know if you understand how gambling works, If you bet €10 on Trump winning you stand to gain €60, the fact that the bookie are now scrambling to pay out €10.31 indicates they are about to get roasted and by offering to essentially refund +0.31 the bet prior to the result indicates strongly that Trump will get re-elected.

That screenshot of a bet was on winning the popular vote at what looks like 5/1.

PP are still offering odds of 4/1 as of 2 minutes ago.

If they are scrambling why did they not reduce the odds further?

Biden is currently 1/7 to win the popular vote on paddy power and trump is 4/1.

Hard to see how the cash out offer is so low.

That's to win the popular vote i assume so odds seem about right.

Ah! Those odds are about right so.

Biden will probably win the popular vote in Socialist California and New England, Trump will carry the states and win the college, much to the outrage of the woke in Cali.

And what has any of that got to do with my reply to your post? It also does not backup your claim.

Exactly. If they had any confidence in Trump they would be upping the cash out amount to reduce their losses. It's really laughable

Because they don't think it's going to happen. That return is roughly what you would get for someone going from 5/1 to 4/1. In a fair market the return would be €12 but the bookies aren't fair.

Like all on the left, they have no idea how money works.
Interesting that anyone pointing out how odds actually work and thereby disagreeing with an incorrect assertion are on "the left".
I think for real , NT and Cali could be in play, the DEMs have messed up big time the last few years in these states
    OK, well done.

I misread it as a bet on Biden to win the popular vote which is why I was confused.

80% of money going on Trump.
    Follow the money
    Trump win incoming
Bookies suckering in the marks with those odds for Biden

If 80% of the money is going on the longer odds then the hookers stand to lose a fortune.

    You haven’t a clue.

Why would anyone back someone at 1/7 in a Two horse race? Would that explain why people are taking a punt on Trump?

As I said a few times, Trump can't lose, Amy Coney Barrett will be on the Supreme court before Nov 4th, worst case scenario Trump will challenge the postal votes, ends up in the Supreme court, 4 more years and bye bye Biden.

Looks like we are getting a another refugee.

Reminds me of that prat Ray D'Arcy saying he would leave if a certain party got into power. He is still here making a mint off RTE. Idiot.

But they are all Dancing in the Dark anyway.
