Trump called for Fox newsJennifer Griffin to be fired, is Trumps "cancel culture" ok?

That's not "cancel culture ". Poor example

How many companies and media outlets has trump and his supporters called for a boycott of?
Not to mention all the people he said should be fired.

    Amazon
    Goodyear
    Ben and Jerry’s
    Harley Davidson
    Twitter
    Google
    Etc.

Do Amazon treat their staff well?

I dont know much about the inner workings of the rest of them.

You're right, I wouldn't call it cancel culture, I'd call it being a whiney little bìtch. Imagine calling for someone to be sacked because they said something you didn't like. How thin skinned do you have to be? How fragile must your ego be? How insecure must you be, to call for someone to get sacked because they hurt your feelings.

Not particularly no. They treat them poorly in fact.

I would add Facebook and Twitter to that list
    Awful companies all of them

What exactly is so awful about Ben and Jerry's?

Cancel culture seems to be have manifested from some on the left who couldn't win "a fair fight" so instead resorted to rounding on anything they dont like and calling for it to be removed hence cancel culture was born.

Not surprising to see it going full circle. Entertaining really.

    Cancel everything

Looking likely. Trump out of the spot light will leave a gaping hole in the lives of some people. I hope they are prepared

I'm talking about cancel culture, de-platforming people who disagree with the woke cult.
It affects people's careers and ability to work. People like J K Rowland for example - who wouldn't be considered Republican - are being affected too.
A lot democrats will be motivated to vote for Republicans not because they are but because they want to put a stop
Calling for boycotts of Goodyear for rumours of it not allowing campaign attire would have impacted the lives of their employees, who are not billionaires.

Calling for a Fox News reporter to be fired and deplatformed over confirming a huge news story would have impacted her life.

Calling for and succeeding at having an NFL player blacklisted from his profession for peaceful protest certaiy impacted his life.

Calling for and trying to get social media sites like Twitter cancelled for fact checking his lies, whose employees again are not billionaires, would have impacted their lives.

Calling for the removal of broadcast licences of news corporations that did not get in line and only report positive news about Trump would have also impacted the lives of those who work for them.

Trump supporters calling for boycotts of Keurig coffee machines, again whose emoyees are not billionaires, would have imoactdd their lives too. And the same for boycotting companies like Nike who showed support for the successfully cancelled NFL player who decided to peacefully protest.

On and on the list goes...

If you are not concerned about these issues then do us a favour and don't pretend that you care about "cancel culture".

    Uncle Trump has said

The sand was loaded up with blood now it is loaded up with peace.

This comes with the announcement Bahrain is the second middle eastern country to recognise Israel. UAE did the same last month. The whole middle east will be sorted out by the end of his second term. For the first time Im thinking we may see world peace.

Serbia and Kosovo also realising love is easier than hate.

These really are historic times and world historical moments are being robbed from our childrens memories by riots, whingeing, inverted racism, people being offended on behalf of people who arnt offended. Last night on this very thread the mask slipped and two Trump haters showed they just hate alot of things. Specifically minorities. They look at Trump and see themselves maybe.

He has small hands apparantly, he is a bit orange, he has funny hair, he is the target of hatred by some people of america and seemingly the western world who are full of hate and yet himself and his team of very smart men are bringing peace to the world.

Im so excited about world peace coming but Im also petrified that it could be ruined over night if the democrats get into power and start stirring the middle east pot again.

I hope he is grooming his replacement for the election after this one, a safe set of hands who can watch over his amazing work and keep the world safe.

Weirdly, stories like this have tended to be far more significant. You guys really do like to downplay the multiple serious scandals in his administration.

His administration is going to go down in history as more corrupt than Nixon's. Also the good with the bad includes the 250k who will be dead by November?

    Corruption?

The pandemic deaths are a tragedy no doubt. Cuomo and the other other state governors who failed to control their jurisdictions should be held criminally complicit.

Cuomo in particular. The virus was allowed to explode under his watch yet he spent most of his time publicly bickering with Trump. I believe his inaction allowed the virus to gain the foothold it needed to spread throughout the United states. Disgraceful

Countries such as Spain and Belgium should also hold their leaders responsible? The United states is number 11 in deaths per million.

It is unlikely that Trump will win reelection. Hopefully Joe can be the president that the media want him to be

People who are on the side if peace don't tend to take statements out if context in a weak attempt to wind people up :-)

But I don't need to say this do I?

Each state governs itself unless its a democrat state that is dealing terribly with a pandemic, homelessness, law and order, Suffering mass emigration to other states and Mass business closures. Then they just stand back and blame Trump.

    You are welcome.

Are you familiar with the 10 th amendment of the us constitution?

    Here you go:

The 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, included in the original Bill of Rights, states that “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” As University of Texas law professor Bobby Chesney has recently reminded us, the states are independent entities within our system of federalism, not mere subordinate jurisdictions of the national government. In areas reserved to the states, he says, the federal government “cannot coerce the states into taking actions to suit federal policy preference.”

    You're welcome

Trump administration officials interfered with CDC reports on COVID and accused Director Robert Redfield of trying to 'hurt the president' if the agency did not match his 'optimistic messages'

Trump appointed Michael Caputo as spokesperson for DHS back in April
Caputo and his team have demanded changes to key CDC report on COVID-19
CDC's Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report has normally been apolitical
Caputo has sought changes to report so that it's in line with Trump's messaging
Caputo aide Paul Alexander accused CDC chief of seeking to 'hurt the president'
Alexander is also reported to have tried to muzzle Dr. Anthony Fauci
Fauci has been at odds with Trump and other officials on severity of COVID-19

Doesn't really matter who wins, America is a godforsaken hole and it really needs to get a grip of itself.

One good thing- it's good for making money out of the madness. Markets all over the place, money being thrown about to prop up the economy. If you can't beat them join them.. I think that's the only way!

I'm satisfied with your answer, what's the problem?
