Tiled Fireplaces

    Hi Everyone,
I'm searching for a 1930s/1940s/1950s/1960s tiled fireplace. I'm living in a 1950s terraced house. Unfortunately, all the original tiled fireplaces were removed in the early 1990s. I'd like to reinstall. I can't seem to find any retailer that sells them in Ireland. (There's a company that sell them in Manchester but they can't deliver and Covid restrictions mean that i can't collect.). Does anyone know of a retailer that stocks them or tradesperson that can replicate them?
    Thanks in advance!

Have you looked on some of the second-hand sales sites? People are always selling them and you could restore an old fireplace that would be authentic.

    Thanks for the reply.
Yes, i have an alerts on second hand selling sites and i've been checking the salvage yard sites. There's a few for sale though they're in poor condition with missing tiles. The tiles are quite distinct so very difficult/impossible to source extra.

When I was getting my house done i had a fairly ugly fireplace with some damaged tiles. The plasterer enthusiastically said they're in such demand that I'd probably get €100 for it. I'd just have to painstakingly cut it out and list it on done deal.
    It went in the skip.
