Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Email received about a €10 credit towards sky store movies for subscribers. I’m not sure how it works as I don’t use the Sky store but I think it limits you to one movie. I saw a special offer that was showing at €0.00 but when selected it I got message that not possible to purchase - don’t know why.. Was going to select one showing €1.99 but didn’t want to ‘waste’ my €10 if only one movie allowed. Maybe someone knows more.

Picked up Parasite for free earlier today. Regular price is 9.99.

On the bottom of the email.

“ Sky Store: €10 off automatically applied to your Sky box. Offer ends 30 September 2020. Offer valid for recipient of this email. Only applicable to one Buy & Keep – HD Digital order. Excludes Pre-Orders. Movie titles shown in email are under €10 until 6 September.”

So it’s only for one unfortunately :(

Why do they mention the VAT reduction in the mail, are they offering this so they don't have to pass on a 2% reduction? Wonder which is worth more seeing as it probably costs them nothing it to give us a €10 credit

That is how I read it. I think they're pocketing the VAT reduction and this is what they're offering in exchange.

Wait till next spring and we'll be on the hook for a price increase justified by the VAT increase.
Plus, not everyone will buy a movie whereas most would make use of the reduction on their bill.
Disgusting move from Sky (as usual)
