Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What way have you been in contact with Airwire?

I being in contact with Airwire there like a customer to open Eir and they can't even tell me when open Eir will contact me.It very annoying when you don't even know when a fault be fix and your Isp can't either.

That long would suggest a split in the fibre somewhere. Eircom would have been out within 3 days if it was anything to do with the fibre feed/ONT/DP

Farmer knocked down a pole 3 miles away here in 2018 and we were waiting two weeks for Eircom to replace the pole and fibre.

You may be entitled to two months free line rental under Eircom’ USO.

Also if you were still with eircom, you wouldn’t. Eircom couldn’t give me an estimate to when my fibre would’ve been fixed. Two week later whilst trying to browse the internet on my phone, the corner of my eye seen the ONT light green

yea he just said open eir will have to contact me before the can give me a date for a fix still waiting on the call.Airwire are the only one that can contact open Eir you would think they be able to find out.

I will have to wait till friday before I can get comreg invloved not saying they be much help.It a shame you cant get someone else to fix fibre faults within your house.

Only if they're keeping on top of things, they regularly don't.

My FTTH went down July 2017 as a branch snapped the cable in 2, I had to wait 2 weeks for OpenEir to fix it so had the joys of mobile broadband and tethering to get me through those 2 weeks, ended up getting the entire line reinstalled and no problems ever since.
