Looking for a new TV. Preferably 43" in and around the 5-600 euro mark
Thinking about the Samsung UE43TU8500 but open to alternatives.
Also wondering about adding a soundbar to the setup. Is it worth it? If so, what one would you recommend?
    Thanks
    Ken

    Hi Cliff77,

    Thanks for the post!

The Samsung UE43TU8500 is a fantastic TV and would be a great choice!

The only other around that budget I would recommend would be the QLED model, the QE43Q60T however you would be going up to 699 euro:

The sound on flat screen TVs is getting better but I think you would get a much better sound from a soundbar! i would recommend something like the Yamaha YAS207 which is the best mid range soundbar with HDMI connectivity, Bluetooth and a wireless sub. it would really make the TV sound great!

Let me know what you think!

    Kind regards

Thanks for getting back to me David,

Had a look at the Q60T alright, but just don't think what you get is worth it at that size.

On the Soundbar, I see you have the YAS-209 on your site as well, but it's not available to order. Is this due in at some point, and is there much of a difference over the 207?

    Cheers
    Ken

    Hi Cliff77,

The YAS209 is sold out and I still have no ETA for stock arriving unfortunately! The YAS209 is an all in one bar whereas the YAS207 has a separate subwoofer so would give better bass than the 209!

Let me know what you think!

    Kind regards

    David

    Hi David,

Was looking at the specs on your website and reviews online and it states that the YAS209 includes a wireless subwoofer?
Can you verify that is the case?
If I was interested in the 209 would we likely be talking weeks or months before you'd have it in stock?

    Thanks
    Ken

    Hi Ken,

You're absolutely right, it does come with a wireless sub!

Unfortunately I have no ETA on them though so I don;t know how long we'd be waiting for them arriving back in store at the moment! We could be looking at weeks but I have no way of knowing for sure until I see them on my incoming deliveries list.

Let me know what you think!

    Kind regards

    David
